What is your exchange/return policy?

 We are committed to providing quality service. If there is an issue with your order please contact within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns/exchanges If we made a mistake and you receive the wrong or damaged item. We will be happy to replace this for you at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and/or replacements. In the event an item is damaged, we are not able to guarantee replacement of the original item pattern as we only stock limited amounts. You may exchange for another pattern in stock in this event.  Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. 

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly get a replacement issued to you for damaged items. Incorrect items will need to be returned before replacement is issued.

We will not replace items that have signs of wear or if they have been washed, so please reach out to us as soon as possible. If an item is sent back in this condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Packing time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders is up to 5 business days. I am a one person owner and will do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible. See below for details regarding shipping. 

Standard packing to shipping time is 2 business days, unless otherwise stated in an announcement bar (i.e shop is on vacation). Orders are tracked through USPS  once the order leaves us and is with USPS we are not able to promise delivery time. Please refer to your tracking number provided for updates and estimated arrival dates. Please note orders shipped with priority shipping per USPS is 2 day shipping but we cannot guarantee this once in their hands. Delays from USPS are not our responsibility and requests for discounts or refunds will not be considered.

Free shipping is offered on orders $20+ for US continental orders ONLY. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email or text after you have placed your order, and another with tracking information when your shipping label is printed.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order is sent to print. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. Unless you opted for UNTRACKED shipping.

My package tracking says that it was delivered, but I have not received it?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately, HighTied is no longer liable for the items in the package. This includes packages that may have been stolen from the designated place that the carrier left it. It is at this point, the customer's responsibility to contact USPS and file a missing mail claim. We are here to provide any additional information needed to file a claim.

HighTied is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. We ask that you please double-check the address entered at checkout before submitting your order. There is no guarantee that address modifications can be made once the order has been submitted. If the package is returned to due to an incorrect address entry, a reshipment fee will be issued before the order is shipped out a second time.

I have moved from the address, but placed an order to be delivered at my old address:

In the case that an address has recently changed without notice, it is the customer's responsibility to call the carrier and update the information they have for proper forwarding. HighTied is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address if the address entered at checkout matches the shipping label, (this includes any returns/exchanges as well.)
